Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To compensate for restocking, you will be charged 15% of the product's price if the item is closed in its original packaging and 30% if it is opened. These fees are in addition to the shipping fees that you will need to pay.

If you have already used the product, we do not accept returns. 

Product brands are subject to change according to stock levels. We have the right to swap the product as needed for your order.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For immediate response or assistance, please call our help desk at 800-258-8680, and our representatives with gladly assist you.

When you contact our staff, please be sure to have your order number and product serial number if applicable. 

Exchanges

We would not accept exchanges for our products unless your order came damaged. 


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@medpart.com.
